Easy Mango Salsa

If I could use emojis on my computer, I would use those little clapping hands to say, THIS MANGO SALSA IS SO DAMN GOOD. You feel me?? Like put it on anything and everything, dip it, top it, wrap it in a tortilla, eat it with a spoon, just eat it! It’s so so good. And zero cooking involved! Just some of natures finest creations, all chopped up and into a bowl, and that’s it!

We’ve eaten this as a dip with chips, but this is also the PERFECT topper for salmon, shrimp, chicken, or just about anything.

Mango Salsa…

  • 1 mango, diced

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/2 a large tomato, diced

  • 1/2 a red onion, diced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • big handful of cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • *optional, 1/2-1 jalapeño, diced

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve. Enjoy!!
