After The Reset

After The Reset

I love seeing so many of you not only eating from The Reset recipe collection, but thriving off of the 10-day menu plan. It’s truly inspiring to see story after story of how amazing everyone is feeling and all of the positive results are beyond mind-blowing! Weight loss, better sleep, clear & glowing skin, more energy, improved mood, are just some of the amazing results we’ve been having.

So now the question is, “What do we eat after The Reset?” Some people want to keep eating “Reset-like” recipes & meals, and some want to mindfully add some things back in. The great news is, my full cookbook, Fall For You, is full of Reset-friendly recipes, as well as a load of amazing recipes to ease some foods back in. And of course there are also all kinds of fun cocktails, pastas, snacks, and desserts in there too!

Below, I’ve created two lists of recipe titles, all from my full cookbook, Fall For You. One list is all recipes that follow The Reset guidelines, and the other list is recipes that would be great to add in once you’re choosing to add some foods back in. Enjoy!
