Avocado Toast for the (not so) Basic Bitch
I mean, has there ever BEEN a better food than avocado toast?! I know, I know, it's so trendy these days, but not without good reason. Its actually a perfect meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And just when you thought it was boring, its not! I find avo toast to be delightful in its natural state, but its also a perfect canvas for adding flavor bombs to keep it exciting. Here are some of my favorite AT combos...
With just a squeeze of lime, salt & red pepper flake. And just like a classic, it never goes out of style.

What you can't see here is that underneath all of this goodness is a spread of tahini with some salt & lime. Tahini takes it to the next level with a rich nuttiness. Then topped with 'maters & sprouts?! I could literally eat this everyday.
Once you get over how pretty she is, you realize she tastes even better than she looks. This time Tahini & red wine vinegar are coating the crispy crunchy superfood known as purple cabbage (hello vitamin C and fiber!). There's also salt & garlic powder on the avocado itself. Gimme!
